When you use the website aichathub.ru and the AI Chat Hub mobile application, we may collect the following data:

- Data you provide: email address (upon registration or when contacting us), name (if provided), and the content of your requests and messages within the service.
- Mobile application data: push notification tokens (for delivering notifications via the Google Firebase Cloud Messaging service), the application version, and general device characteristics.
- Analytics data: anonymized usage statistics collected through Яндекс.Метрика (Yandex.Metrica) and AppMetrica (events, in-app actions, technical device characteristics) to improve the service.
- Payment data: processed by the payment service YooKassa (ЮMoney). We do not receive or store bank card details.
- Cookies and similar technologies: cookie files and the local storage of the browser/application, used for the proper operation of the service.
4. Purposes of processing personal data
The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing access to the functional capabilities of the Site;
- Processing users' requests and inquiries;
- Improving the quality of the Site's operation and the user experience;

For analytics and improving the operation of the Site, we use the Яндекс.Метрика (Yandex.Metrica) and Top.Mail.Ru services, which may collect technical data about visits to the Site in accordance with their privacy policies.
